Works With

Areas Of Focus

My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive to help people working through trauma, grief, anxiety and patterns that seem to linger. I draw from Compassionate Inquiry, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, harm-reduction, and solution-focused conversations to support clients in ways that feel practical, compassionate, and respectful of their pace. I believe that healing grows from safety and connection, and I work to create a space where you can speak honestly, be met without judgment, and explore what matters most to you.

In our work together, you can expect a collaborative and grounded process, one that blends practical tools with deeper reflection. We may focus on building coping strategies, strengthening relationships, processing difficult experiences, or simply finding steadier footing in everyday life. My intention is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect as you reconnect with your own resilience and possibilities.

I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and over eight years of experience in municipal outreach, community mental health, and counselling across diverse communities. My practice has been shaped by work alongside people experiencing homelessness, newcomers, older adults, and individuals living with trauma, mental health concerns, substance use, and complex life transitions.

Throughout my career with the City of Toronto and community organizations, I have supported people navigating housing instability, grief, anxiety, depression, and the many challenges shaped by social determinants of health. As a first-generation immigrant, I understand how migration, culture, and belonging shape emotional well-being, and I strive to honour each client’s identity, language, and lived experience. I offer services in English and Spanish and welcome newcomers, LGBTQIA2S+ communities, and anyone who has felt unheard by systems of care.

"La dignidad nace cuando alguien se siente mirado con respeto y posibilidad." / "Dignity is born when a person feels seen with respect and possibility."
