When did I lose connection to myself?

Whether you’re struggling with relationship issues, feeling overwhelmed by too many responsibilities, or going through a major life transition, you feel a gentle longing to connect deeply to who you are and to live in your highest potential.

The way you’ve learned to cope when needs have gone unmet may not align with the life you envision for yourself. Through therapy, we guide you to gently notice your patterns and to attend to your deeply felt needs with self-compassion. We can help you embody your authenticity.

“The biggest stress of all is trying to be who you are not.”

What We Offer

We are dedicated to helping clients to live life in their highest potential and to embrace their authentic selves. We guide clients to build their capacity to set boundaries that allow them to know inner freedom. Together, we discover and hold space for repressed feelings that have manifested in pain, addictions, and reoccurring behaviour patterns.

Our integrative and intuitive approach supports your healing journey using Compassionate Inquiry and therapeutic tools like trauma healing, somatic and energy psychotherapy, and inner child work. As a mirror, we reflect on what needs attention so that you can thrive in living with joy and love.

Why Work With Soulful Therapy

We believe that when each of us learns to attend to our own unmet needs, it becomes easier to live authentically, bringing us closer to our highest potential. We believe that everyone is capable and deserving of letting go of what keeps us from being our true selves.

Our Unique Approach Offers:

Safe Space and Care

At Soulful Therapy, we want you to feel safe to explore your authentic self, be able to set boundaries that ensure your needs are met and nurture the connection between your mind, body, and heart.

Through cultivating a sense of presence, we are able to help you take what you have learned in the session outside and use it in your day-to-day life with a mindful spirit.

Soulful Attunement

Through an intuitive approach, you will be guided as you gain an acceptance of past experiences and foster a sense of self- compassion. We use Compassionate Inquiry to ask curious questions which draw you deeper into feeling your true emotions so you can live with more presence.

How Our Therapy Works

Working at an intuitive pace that is comfortable for you, each session is a gentle cycle of grounding, exploring, and fostering change that supports your journey.

Grounding &
Intention Setting

We invite you to let go of any distractions and to notice parts of you that are calling for your attention. Together we clarify your intention for our time together.

Exploration &

We explore your feelings, thoughts, triggers, tension and patterns with a curious heart to identify and understand your core beliefs and their impacts in your body and in your life. This often reveals the origins of your pain and triggers that the body remembers.

Progress &
Lasting Change

Together we practice tools that help to calm your nervous system. This will allow you to relate to your emotions and tensins that arise in a more compassionate manner. You will move towards healing, inner freedom and authenticity.
