SOULFUL THERAPY
Group Therapy
The pain of emotional neglect often leaves us feeling hollow, disconnected, and perpetually doubting our own perceptions. When our emotional needs were overlooked in our formative years, shame, guilt, and low self-esteem may have become unwelcome yet persistent companions throughout our lives. In the present, our relationships might seem like an endless cycle of rejection fears, conflicts, and profound loneliness.
Rediscovering our innate sense of wholeness is a transformative journey that begins when we choose to reconnect with our True Self. This path involves nurturing our Inner Child and cultivating healthy relationships built on trust, respect, and mutual accountability.
We invite you to join us on a 10-week sensory exploration towards a more connected self-perception and a deeper understanding of your authentic self.
Through this guided journey, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Unravel the impact of past neglect on your present life
- Develop tools for emotional regulation and self-compassion
- Learn to trust your perceptions and honor your needs
- Build meaningful connections with yourself and others
